This 70’s contemporary/ranch is sited on a golf course and has fabulous western views; however, the layout of the house did not acknowledge or embrace the opportunities presented by having a golf course for your backyard. over several construction campaigns, in conjunction with major interior remodeling, the house was opened up to flow out onto new outdoor spaces. eventually, the covered porch was enclosed to create additional space. A master suite addition and renovation are currently in the design phase.
