This mid-80’s contemporary received a complete makeover inside and out. The existing house was gutted to the structural frame and all infrastructure and utilities were replaced. A two story addition allowed for expansion of the kitchen and family room on the lower level, and creation of a new master suite on the upper level. The exterior received a new finish treatment of stucco and brick with mahogany and fir trim to create an understated yet elegant facade.
