2500 sf of existing retail space was reconfigured and remodeled into this gourmet deli, featuring a full commercial kitchen preparing gourmet meals for take out. Natural materials, color, texture, and lighting were used to create an old-world market ambience in which to display a myriad of exotic delicacies.
