This multi-family project was designed for a gently rolling 10 acre  site in westminster with panoramic views of the front and back ranges.  the project consists of 100 two- and three-story townhouse units, with four different floor plans, ranging in size from 1150 to 1850 sf, and designed to accommodate a variety of lifestyles and life-cycle living situations.  Units are grouped into buildings of six or eight units and each unit is provided with a private courtyard and detached garage with alley access.  The site design is reminiscent of urban neighborhoods of the early twentieth century with its grid of streets and alleys.  A large  landscaped parkway has been provided for outdoor activities.  Units are of modular construction and were factory fabricated and set by crane; an eight-unit building consisting of eighteen modular units was set in less than a day.
